Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Opened feed products, perishable items, or goods damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

9. Livestock Transactions
Where livestock services are provided:
- Animals are sourced in accordance with Irish and EU regulations.
- Certification documentation will be supplied as required.
- Buyers are responsible for suitable housing and care upon delivery.
Once livestock has been delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
Additional contractual terms may apply to specific livestock agreements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wicklow Calf Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss.
- Loss of profit.
- Misuse of products.
- Livestock health outcomes after delivery.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content – including logos, images, videos and written material – remains the property of Wicklow Calf Company and may not be reproduced without written consent.
