Wicklow Calf Company are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to help with the smooth running of our office in Co. Wicklow.

November Start - Full Time Position
Salary - Competitive Hourly Rate
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Office Administration duties using a range of computer software, including Gmail, Word, Excel, etc.
Assist in managing the phones and direct calls to the appropriate point of contact, taking messages when necessary.
Monitoring and checking stock on a regular basis.
Assisting in the promoting and sales of our products over the phone and through our website.
Assist in recording and managing livestock sales and movements alongside our experienced office manager.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an office role working across the administration and reception departments.
Computer literate, experience in using Sage is an advantage*.
Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise your work.
Good communication, a keen eye to detail and the willingness to learn and develop skills.
A good work ethic, bright and ambitious.
An ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Own means of transportation to get to and from work as the office is located in the countryside.

*Experience is preferable but certain computer software training will be provided.
